Berkshire X Idaho Pasture Pig
These piglets are a cross between two breeds that we currently farrow, Berkshire X Idaho Pasture Pig. These piglets are stunning! We had a vision to bring in more of the Berkshire attributes into the Idaho Pasture Pig. Idaho Pasture Pigs already have Berkshire in their blood. These cross piglets are approximately 3/4 Berkshire and 1/4 IPP. They make awesome feeder or breeder piglets. They are not registerable, as they are not a pure bred. Berkshire and Idaho Pasture pigs are such amazing breeds. Each breed is known to produce some of the finest-quality pork in the world on a diet that it primarily grass. Both of these breeds naturally love to graze and are friendly in nature, have great personalities, are easy going, and are great mothers. These feeder piglets will grow great and are very hardy little pigs.
We currently sale Berkshire X Idaho Pasture Pig feeding piglets at weaning age (8 weeks old) for $300 ($150 deposit).

Both the Berkshire and Idaho Pasture pigs were a welcome addition to our farm the last few years, with their cute noses, pot bellies and sweet demeanor, they are easy to tend to and produce delicious meat. These are some of the best breeds to have on a farm due to their natural grazing ability. This intelligent, robust pig is easy to manage and produces delicious, well-marbled meat. You can’t beat this combination of pork which is why these pigs will always have a place on our farm.
Berkshire X Idaho Pasture Feeder Pig Pricing
We currently offer Berkshire X Idaho Pasture feeder piglets for $300 with a $150 deposit. New litters born regularly. We currently have a few breeding combinations that we rotate throughout the year. We take reservations on the piglets year-round. No deposit = no order. Your deposit is fully refundable if we cannot fulfill your order within a reasonable window or promised time frame. However, if you back out or change your mind, we reserve the right to keep the deposit.
Please note: Customers are responsible for paying any additional fees/costs for their pig, such as blood work, vet fees, and for health certificates for their particular state.
